I have a Uber transaction trying to go through my account which is **********. I spoke to the ***** department and they said they cannot reject the transaction that I must rather cancel my card. Have you ever heard of something to PATHETIC! Why can't you reject and cancel the transaction after I TELL you I didn't use Uber! This is *****! Stop the transaction from going through!!! First time in 12 years that I have the most pathetic assistance! I am disgusted!!
