********** Transaction

For a couple of months there was a debit order on my FNB account for R98 I assumed it was for my daily newspaper until they stopped delivering. After investigating my account I realised that this debit order was **********! I called the CC and was advised to stop it and dispute it on the app and then the next month i was debited yet again. I then called the CC "spoke to a consulting" after being placed om hold for 22 MINUTES i decided to go straight to FNB. ON 08/11/2018 i went to the Mall of Africa branch (Service ticket 47) I was then told by the consultant that FNB is well aware of this RE TRADE performing ******* debits on their clients account and the only way to stop it is EVERY MONTH I NEED TO WAIT FOR THE DEBIT TO GO OFF AND THEN I NEED TO GO ON THE APP AND STOP AND DISPUTE THE TRANSACTION! FOR AS LONG AS THIS ACCOUNT EXISTS. Then he prints my a letter to file a report at the police station. My question is: Why is FNB not taking these ********** transactions seriously??? It might just be R98 per month but in a year its R 1 176 and in five years in would lose R 5 880 just because FNB does not care. HOW CAN FNB HELP YOU? By making your life much more difficulty than it needs to be.
