I went to Fnb at Mall @Reds to fix a few things on my business account a consultant by the name of Maxwell was assisting me, asked me if I was interested in a group funeral policy for my staff and I said please explain further, made me sign documents and said I should expect a call from the call centre explaining about the plan. To my surprise I saw an sms with an amount debited for a funeral cover that I did not consent to. I want my money back and the consultant should stop de*****ing people by selling us things we did not request. I went to the branch yesterday to enquire and he was giving me lame explanations and I'm still not assisted. I want my money back.
