********** penalty charges

Here we go once again.

FNB continues their charging spree. I have been charged a fee of R135 on 30 September for "items paid - insufficient funds" i contacted FNB to enquire about the charges and am told its because there wasn't sufficient funds in my account to pay for my monthly account fees, so now they charge me R135 for that? That isn't a payment made where i had insufficient funds but rather a penalty for not having enough in my account to pay for my bank charges and vas.

Whenever anyone reports FNB on this site they respond only once and deem the contact as resolved because as soon as you reply back to them, there's never a response from FNB.

I want this ********** charge reversed. My bank charges are already so high and now i also pay for vas on top of my usual bank charges.

If these charges are not reversed, i will take this to the banking ombudsman to resolve.
