********** National Bank. A shame.
FNB. Utterly disgusted by your ***** team. Several ********** transactions went through my credit card through Uber, a service that I do not subscribe to. I started receiving notifications around 1504 today and in a panic logged in to online banking and transferred whatever was remaining to my other account to stop the ********** from taking anything. While doing this, I was on the line trying to call the ***** dept and what I experienced is the worst sort of banking I have seen. Why on earth do you have an IVR on a ***** line, do you think customers are calling to have a chit chat on a ***** line. The standard response should be what's your name and what's your emergency!!! Needless to say that as I was trying to go through the IVR, more transactions went through. To add insult to injury is that on going through, the consultant wanted to confirm my date of birth...seriously FNB, you are trying to perform a security clearance while your security clearance is breached. Again, while I spoke to said consuktant, more transactions went through. It's now 2020 and I have received delayed transactional messages and I wanted to call in to ensure that the ***** was not continuing, a very qualified Palesa wanted me to confirm my name and surname after I have them my passport number. Bereaucracy on a ***** line is the last straw for me. FNB is a group of clowns. I will have this matrer resolved and as soon as that is done I move banks. A ***** line should handle calls with urgency and do it meticulously, I tried to even step in to avoid the ********** from winning and somehow succeeded, the result would have been better if on calling your line it was immediately answered. Shame on all of you.
