********** loan application

Hi

I received sms from mycreditcheck that someone was profiling my credit and mycreditcheck advised it was FNB Commercial GMB. When i approached FNB banking Team on my app they informed me someone app**** for personal loan, which i didn't. I reequested details who made the personal loan application they referred me to ***** could not pick up the loan application. However the ***** team was not able to open up a ***** case but was only able to send email to personal loans department, to date i have not received feedback.

The scaromg part is that FNB as a compnay when you speak to different departments they are all not in sync, no one has gotten back to me and i still dont know who made a loan apllication under my name.

Well done FNB you suck....
