********** listing and duplicated account on credit bureau

<p>I have logged a complaint with fnb about the duplicated account on transunion its been over 10 business days now still no feedback. Someone called me and say will get back to me am sure that will be in 2018. To my suprise this week when I requested my credit report with experian it has a default listing dated this year when payments are received. How do I get a listing when I never received any notification in writing? If its not that my balance has not been updated in months and am also not receiving any statements. I am escalating this ********** activities to the NCR, this misconduct is ******* and violation of my rights.</p>
