********** issue on my account
I log into my business account yesterday to make a transfer and get to See my account has been held. I called straight to the bank to ask what going on with my business account and they said they placed my account on hold which I don't. Know been trying to call them. Since yesterday but they couldn't give me a genuine reason of helding my accoint. Saying the person who held my accoint isn't available and ever since 8 am. Today 01 03 2022 have been calling them and couldnt get hold. On them.. I'm a business woman who's only trying to early living on here own why would they hold my accoint when I had alot funds inside without no genuine reason or a note on my account. They gave a case number which I can't even get Tru too *** Please help me. Tru this. This is really heartbreaking me

01 Mar 2022, 21:54I'm really worried about this whole issue I can't get one good reason why my accoint is been on hold yet for the past 35 hrs now, and fnb keep on making my business misrable holding all my clients account also saying someone reported there accoint due to ***** transaction. Which I paid them for there services which they render to me and now my clients are calling me a fruad that I reported there account.. Please I'm a newly starter of my new business. I'm. Only trying to make living here I didn't do anything wrong towards them. Please help me. Open my account and free my clients account.. Please don't ruin my busimess I beg of you.. I can always use other bank account I decided to choose you guys over all other banks please help me release my bank account which you placed hold on in. Begging you..

01 Mar 2022, 22:07I didn't add any money in my account ever since it been on hold I check the account tonight I saw increase in the balance with huge amount of money inside which I don't know how it got there can you please explain to me. Why have got Incrwase in my account which I didn't out in side someone is really wrong please I need answers to all that is really going on please Im worries and now my business has been on hold for the past 35 hrs now
