It is 5 years now I am requesting call recordings from the bank where I made arrangement to pay my loan as I was retrenched. the bank employees used ******** techniques when they were supposed to claim from the credit life insurance. instead I was forced by the bank employees to make arrangement to pay for my loan.

By now I am supposed to be finished paying for the loan as per arrangement but the bank dicided to add interest what we not agreed upon

They can not even send me the call recording as I have been requesting, the last lady I spoke to at the bank said she will escalate the matter to the Management that never happened
