********** Ineterst charges by FNB on credit card

FNB is **********ly charging credit card interest when FULL amount is being paid to card by due date. when you try and "chat" on the App - they are not available. When you call them - the call gets ended/dropped . Clearly they don't want to speak to clients to explain their ********** charges.
