********** FNB wants me to lie on legal documents

Fnb online contacted me on Monday 10 May 2021 offering me a Cheque account with a nice R2000 that they will give my for opening the account everything good I except the offer and they start with the whole entering and capturing of personal info after I gave them everything they then said OK I will get R1000 for opening the account do I except I said yes they then asked my for my address where I live so that they can deliver the card, and here comes the snowball of worst service ever experienced in my life by a bank I give them my address and the card gets dispatched for delivery they then don't ask me anything else end of the call then I get a email asking for my proof of address and proof of salary witch I send to them then I get a sms stating I must download the app witch I do but I can't get it to open it says I must wait for the card and go to the atm to activate the card so I receive the card at my house address go to the atm and it tells me I first have to activate it on the app being next to the fnb I go to the branch this will be FNB in Ballito Junction they tell me they can't do anything I must phone the head office number on the card the eventually answer and transferring me all over the place a consultant tells me she can see my documents and it's all exceptable but to fast tract the process I must take it to the branch so that they can load all the fica documents and then they can at the same time help me to sort out my banking app at the sametime because something is wrong so Saterday morning I go to the bank for a second time and believe it or not first they want me to phone head office again then after seeing that I'm getting anoid with the whole process they agree to assist me but immediately the 3 different items I offer for proof of address is not excepted because who knows why the one is my rental agreement to the address they delivered the card then a statement from my landlord that's the same as the rental agreement and then a invoice from Huawei for a item I bought from them online that got to delivered to that same address. So She wants a water and lights account or a bank statement from my current bank or a statement from Vodacom or something so I tell her I can't give her either of that as that is still on my address in Jhb as I only recently moved to Kzn and I haven't changed those addresses as yet. She then even continue to give me that address as I have had a account with them many years back at that jhb address and she's prepared to except that address to open my account with no problem so there I sit and listen to a bank employee and a bank manager telling me that they will except my previous address witch is not my address anymore willingly but they will not except my real address at all so they want me to commit ***** and lie about where I stay but under no circumstances will they except my real proof of address. So how do you trust a bank that tells you to be ********** with your monthly income and to make it worse now they also refuse to close the account or to cancel my request to switch my debit order or my salary. So here I sit now I have to go myself and switch everything back again because fnb wants me to commit ***** and lie
