********** FNB Life Policy, i WANT MY MONEY BACK!!

This has been an ongoing complaint from my side. I still insist that the policy that FNB Life made in my name is **********. I asked them questions, they couldn't answer to date. So due to my numerous complaints, they called and even sent me an email, Pitjeng Stanley is the guy that sent me an email. Apparently my policy was incepted last year 23/05/2019. And I was a member from then on wards. Now, the question I asked Mr Stanley and on Facebook, that I must mention, haven't received the answer to, Why did they take 10 months to start debiting money from my side. Why also, was there no communication whatsoever stating and confirming that I am an FNB Life member. Last year in November (2019) and again this year in January (2020), I received calls from FNB Life selling me the same life cover they claim that I'm covered for. Now remember, according to Stanley and FNB Life, I was already a member in May already, so why was it not showing in their system that I'm already a member. Oh yes, and the letter that Stanley sent, I remember vividly calling last year on 24/05/2019 to cancel after the lady gave me the quote. They then transferred me to FNB Life and I spoke to a guy, I don't remember his name. He asked for my ID number, I gave him. He said it doesn't show that I am a member, I told him that I want to cancel, he said he will cancel it just in case, but it doesn't show that I am a member. And I should mention that, the 'contract' that Pitjeng Stanley sent me on Sunday, over the phone, the lady had told me that they will start taking money in July 2019, that never happened. Why???? Since I was a member like they claim.

Now given that information, I would like to let FNB LIFE know that I WANT My MONEY BACK!! Please don't call me to tell me the same thing, because I'm not interested in being **** to again. I will not let this go. I want my money back!
