Ordered a credit card in December and the consultant did not order the card Ordered another card and someone at FNB provided CCD Couriers the incorrect delivery address I emailed FNB got a no reply email assuring that the problem wud be resolved Guess what Ccd Couriers called again today with the incorrect details Called premier bank and a lady-who thinks she is doing me a favour- promised to call me back My question “is this *****” by FNB or CCD Couriers Anyway this must be resolved between FNB and CCD and not inconvenience the customer again Disgusting service- customer service - this is a ****** joke

06 Jan 2020, 15:31Don’t phone me until someone can give me a proper explanation as to what is happening with regards to the delivery of this card
And to reply to Khahliso Phamotse - let’s use our logic here- if Ccd called me and I gave them that address in Margaret Mncadi Durban central, why then wud I ask Them to deliver a card to a company where I never worked at all. Can you please explain to me what is the reasons for all these mails and telephone calls. You don’t have to be a rocket scientist to figure that one out.
Also, make the necessary arrangements to have that alleged recording sent to FNB Durban North so that I can hear that alleged conversation
