I am ****ed off by this bank, they are playing delay tactics with my payment reversal, Macheala Naidoo sent me an email on Tuesday stating that she is busy with my query and I should expect feedback soon, till today no one is giving answers, I emailed the CEO jacques Celliers, who clearly has no sense of urgency nor can he handle his staff, I am annoyed by the numerous reference numbers they keep sending to me, I want my money Today, the service is disgusting and I feel disconnected and treated unfairly by my bank, I want my money
