********** Deductions on Accounts

I have had 11 deductions processed on my FNB account without my authorisation. There are companies that have been deducting account with R99. 99 every month for the past 6 months. These companies are AG Life, Zindisa and MKJ marketdo. I have never signed anything with these companies but my bank FNB allowed them to deduct my money without any proof. Clever enough these ********* deduct R 99.99 which will not reflect on transction notification unless you study your statement. It means our money is not safe with FNB if they could allow a bunch of ********* to deduct money on our accounts. sadly this seem to be happening mostly on FNB accounts. The question is why doesnt FNB ask about loaded debits or even make a customer aware of whats happening in your account. When i called the FNB call centre the agent said its not the banks responsibility to stop, refund and look after the money. So then why are we keeping our money in the bank.
