********** DEBITS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

<p>Every month i get debited by unknown individuals/companies fro either an amount of R99 or R299.</p> <p>It then becomes my problem to reverse the debits as i have to call your PATHETIC SERVICE call centre line, As i am typing this I am on hold to speak to a consultant and its been 23 minutes and still counting.........</p> <p>I called on the same day I see the debits coming off my account and I get told to call the following as the money is not cleared yet.</p> <p>I finally got a consultant assist me after hanging for 26 minutes.</p> <p>I am not happy with the service and the safety of my account/money.</p> <p>I am seriously considering closing my account and going to another bank.</p> <p>PATHETIC PATHETIC</p> <p> </p>
