********** debit orders keep occurring despite customers repeated complaints.

Okay I posted a review earlier on today regarding the ********** debit order from Mzansi company. I have just read through other customers' reviews and, even though the company names may differ, the circumstances are similar.

1. This is not the first time they have lodged a complaint. 2. Just today, the complaints are revolving round unauthorized debit orders is alot...even trending on twitter. Apparently its a national crisis? 3. FNB is silent, if not they send a generic response- which also shows lack of commitment in rectifying it.

Informed an elder about this...we checked and they have 3 unauthorized debit orders....

Just 1 question, how committed is the bank to their logo?

Treating Customers Fairly holds no weight at FNB. It is non-existent.
