********** debit orders

last week i made a reversal of a debit order for 15 june 2021 that i did not approve and the call center agent from fnb told me it was reversed and i was told that i will get my money this week today when i call them they told me it cannot be reversed because of the 40 days ......so my issue is that i never authorised the debit order to go off my account and i dont get notification regarding some of the debit orders ......how am i supposed to know about fruadulent debit orders on my account if i dont get the notification
