********** debit orders

In 2017/2018 a ********** MTN cell phone account was opened in my name and the debit order was successfully run. At the beginning of May this year the same thing happened again. In both cases FNB charged me for these ********** debit orders. FNB will process any debit order given to them by anyone without checking that is it legitimate, and then charge the customer to reverse it. I was told "there is nothing we can do." The way I see it is that FNB makes money out of crime and a person’s money is not safe. As FNB are not interested in helping me or protecting my money my only option is to close my account. I have been with FNB for 20 years. If I had the money to take this legal I would but I am just a man in the street and could not afford a lawyer.
