********** Debit Orders
FNB are busy ******** people of their hard-earned cash. They allow unauthorized to run off accounts then charge users a reversal fee that is mandatory, buried in the term and conditions that one is forced to agree to in order for a reversal to take place. that's if one is lucky.
At this moment there is a ghost debit order that ran for over R1000 and no one is willing to assist. instead, I've been bounced from one Department Call Centre to another, at this very moment I've been on hold for 30mins and counting, The problem is I don't even deal with that ISP so as to how they would've gotten my banking details is another story altogether. I thought Banking was an essential service but trust me they don't care.
I suspect FNB is making a huge profit from charging for the reversal fees, hence they lackluster attempts to end such. over the years this has been a for many customers over the years and still is in 2020.
