********** debit orders
Lately there has been a rise in debit order *****. Almost every month a new debit appears on my account. In 2015 alone I had to stop about 8 different debit orders debiting from R89 to R99. Every time I cancel these debit orders the bank charges me R25 or more. The bank takes no responsibility in allowing the debit to happen without my authorisation.

1. How can my own bank authorise an automatic transaction to happen without my approval?

2. How can my own bank say they cannot do anything about stopping the ********** debit transactions from happening?

3. Why cant my own bank make a courtesy call to me before approving any new debit order?

If my own bank folds its arms to this matter and offers no help or solution, than I believe they allow the ********** debits to happen on purpose in order to charge you to stop and reverse it. Every single time an account holder stops a ********** debit, its money in the pocket for the bank. With so much banking innovation capabilities within FNB, I fail to believe they can do nothing to protect their account holders. I can no longer proudly say \My bank is FNB"."""
