********** debit order from FNB themselves!!!

Last week I have a ********** debit order from FNB, that was on a Monday the 28th, I immidiately called them to reverse the money into my account. I was asked to wait for 48 hours, I was not happy with that, because everytime I called them to reverse an unknown debit order they wud reverse it immidiately & it wud reflect asap. Now come saturday the 2nd, I still don't have my money. SIMON KEKANA from admin now promises me he will reverse the money & it will show from the first hour of sunday morning. Still, I'm waiting.Now I wonder why everyone wants to bank with Capitec. FNB sucks & they debit you falsely & what's worse, to reverse their order that they falsely debited, you must wait for 7 working days..how pathetic is that!!!
