********** debit order fees
I cant believe that I took a R99 funeral plan with FNB, however due to leaving my job and not changing the debit date the premiums didnt come off. now when I checked my account, FNB will try and take the payment a few times in one day, resulting in multiple unpaid fees for the same debit. I mean really the unpaid fees is more then the debit order, I swear I will take it up and I want all that money refunded as I know how debit orders work especially magtape you cant charge me 2 or 3 times in one day for 3 months.

01 Apr 2022, 08:03As part of a complaints process if one is unhappy with the outcome you can then take it further which I will, you reverse two fee amounts for march only and tell me to f off in a nice way what about all that other money and the fact that I don't want your stupid product that has a R99 premium but has cost me over a R1000 already for 3 months.
