********** debit order allowed to go off unauthorized

What the hell Is going on with you guys ,my account has been debited by with an unauthorized 199 and 55 from some company I saw a debit mandate and I declined it but you still allowed them to debit my account ,what are they taking money for ???what the hell did I receive from them and as my bank why do you accept a debit order which I declined I can't even reverse any of this on the app ,What's wrong with your security instead of helping a customer you are helping the ********** ,******** why on earth will you accept a debit order which I rejected because I don't know them ,

Reverse my money one is for elite mobile 199 and the second is excuse box 59 and I am not going to keep on changing account because of your company and your colleagues who are ******* there ?????
