Unauthorized debit order with no way of reversing it. Online App has the option removed, the "link" they send cannot do this, phoning in to the customer care you speak to a bot. So FNB is chasing away their customers! Seems like my money is not safe with you any more. On your FB page many others have this same issue within the last week, seems like we're all leaving. I want my money reversed. The company who raised the debit order phone line are only ringing. My money was **********LY taken from my ACCOUNT with YOUR COMPANY.

Do not give me the answer" it cannot be done" or "phone the company". I will take this matter further, whether it is for R1 or R1 000 000.00. I will also be moving all business accounts within 24 hours if this is not resolved
