********** debit order

I am tired of calling regarding unauthorized debit orders ,please resolve this nonsense from outsurance I don't have an account with them and they deducted 119 ???i never received a debimandate to authority a debit order .How did they manage to come into my account without being authorized and I can't even reverse it my account is wearing on minus sign,do we really have to call u every single day to sort out this kind of nonsense and still hold on in ur lines and be told nonsense from one pillar to another what's wrong with you guys
