********** debit order

A ********** debit order went out of my account with absolutely no knowledge or authorization by myself. 1. Why is a new debit order not authorised by myself via the mobile banking app? 2. Why is no authorisation needed to pay money out of my account when authorisation is required for me to query such a transaction? 3 Why is FNB uninterested in the obviously ********** transaction? 4. Why am I told to deal with the company involved when I know nothing of them, and given a number by FNB that does not exist?

Is this good service as a Premier customer?

Just been on the PASA site where I read that the bank HAS to contact me for any new debit order. I was **** to by Lee. I want a full investigation done and an official apology with assurances from a senior level that authorsation from me will be required in future.
