Some vague company called M-SURE_PTY took R493 from my account in March and I reversed it and stopped it and I tried to call that company but to no avail which proved more that I was not paranoid for not knowing anything about them. Last month on the 25th of April the same "company" took off R986 from my account and I have tried everything with FNB to get this desputed but I have not received any help from FNB. Now what I would really like to know from FNB is why is it so hard to get my money back or do you have any shares to this bogus company? No one is taking my calls and the app is useless because the private suite bankers keep changing and the other can't seem to be in line with what I had discussed with the other person.

I would like to state that till now my problem has not been resolved even after the private banker called me he didn't have any solution and said he will escalate the problem which was the same thing he said last week. My fear is now this means every month I am going to have someone taking my money as much as they want and FNB can't di nothing about it. I am considering changing banks since this shows that my interests are not protected by FNB. One of my premiums couldn't be paid because of this nonsense and FNB is the one who keeps reminding that I have an unpaid premium meanwhile it wouldn't have happened had they sorted this problem. This M-SURE PTY doubled what they took the previous month so that means if I don't change my bank they will keep doubling every month. It's 3am in the morning and I am anxious and can't sleep thinking about this and no one wants to help me
