********** Data Contract

I was called in the beginning of the year by a Tsonga lady regarding the amount of data from FNB wholesales I was buying on my prepaid, she explained they have deals they have 5 gb for R99 per month for a 12 month contract on the 1st of the month. After a explaining that I do not like contracts she kept calling and I finally gave in as I was spending a lot more on data per month and R99 for 5GB sounded like an excellent deal. I Agreed to 12 MONTHS OF 5GB CONTRACT. What I got was 24 months of 2GB at R109 per month. I told them I wants my debits on the 1st of each month and they could get that right either. FNB charged me R138 for the missed debit and vodacom charged me another R100 for the debit not being honoured as well as still suspending my service and they want to charge me a further R10 for activating my service again. I had to pay R138 returned bank charge for a R109 that I was told would be R99. Now I get a debit of R318 for the missed month they never submitted. I want to Cancel this and take my business. Fnb has put me in a very bad standing is truly and someone need to pay. I specifically don't take contracts especially because f things like this.
