********** Courier charges on Account.

I opened a new business account with FNB and I had collected the card in the Hayfields branch. I have just been Charged a Courier Fee of R199!! This was not requested, nor did I receive my card via courier. I will not pay for a service I did not request, nor did I use it. I will be reporting this matter to the ombudsman.
