********** changing of my account type by FNB themselves

Wow, what a big Wow.... So i logged a complaint 27/01 which noone even bothered to call me by the way.... So a few days later a lovely lady called me and i couldnt speak, and requested a call back. She did call back but i was in a meeting, she only called back once and not again. This morning ive seen my account was downgraded without my consent, i dont even know what this account entails. I demand the head of compliance and/or complaints call me, or else i will take this further. This is a secure platform and actually very private, i would hate to take this to social media and cause a trend!
