********** card swipes

Oh I see I'm not the only one who got ****med by them... But how do they manage to do an electronic card transaction (swipe) while the card is safe in my possession FNB ??? And why don't I get a confirmation o.t.p. like with all my other card swipes FNB ??? I'm very ****ed that my bank FNB has been very unwilling and unable to provide me with answers or any assistance like so many times before with unauthorized debit orders which I have to reverse every month... Switching banks asap FNB has shocked me for the last time with their laid back approach towards such blatant ********** schemes on their clients accounts. Thanks for nothing FNB and Credit Genie.... Expect me !
