********** Card

Last year in September I was called by FNB to confirm the application for a credit card. I told them I did not apply for a credit card and I have never done so with any bank for that matter.
I was then told to go to a nearest branch(Sandton) with an affidavit to cornfirm what I was saying. The branch told me that someone app**** for a credit card with my details and that constituted a ***** case. I was told a few days later that the matter was resolved.
On 13 July this year I was called by MBD(debt collector) to inform me that I have defaulted on a credit card. I then went to the Sandton branch again to enquire. I was assisted by Mooki who told me that I needed to bring another affidavit. I refused and told her that they should speak to the same person who assisted me the first time and did not do his job correctly. During that week I was harassed by the debt collector who threatened to hand me over because I was owing FNB. Mooki told me she would contact some department who should get back to me within a week. That was on 14/07. Today, 27/07 after over a week I still have not received any call from FNB. I called the ***** division which cannot tell me what was going on in my cas
