********** bank charges - Enterprise banking

So we opened a business account 2 months ago with an obvious intention to transact and most importantly to pay employees wages. Mafikeng Branch advised that it will take 48 hours to setup a meeting and open online banking, two months later we still have no online banking and we paying our employees by cash. The bank charges are ridiculous for such cash withdrawals. Can someone please assist us, it's very costly to pay wages via cash, every bank knows it.
