********** bank charges

This company is at it again with completely new charges that you aren't made aware of. I have recently booked bus tickets for 5 individuals. I got an amount and paid for it.

A few days go by and they take yet another amount which they call an internet payment fee of nearly R200?

Ok, so I follow the process to dispute the charge and am told to wait 72 hours for feedback. Not only do I not get any feedback, but, after contacting back, I'm told the fee is in their pricing guide and can not be reversed.

How on earth can a bank get away with all these ********** charges in a time where the ordinary people can't even afford it
