I have opened an account in December via direct marketing from the sales dept. Advising me if I switch banks and have 2 debit orders, download the app changed to my new account I will receive a. Incentive, but till to date I have not received any feedback. They are just stating I hve not met the criteria, I hve been given the run around from every department to be told noting.

Is this the way u treat urnew customers, I will definitely not recommend this poor service, all ur dept is skilled in passing the buck to the next with no feedback just "this is not our dept" DISGUSTING SERVICE!!!!!!!
