FNB life insurance is a **** I have been paying my life insurance policy every month via debit order out of the blue they stop debiting my account. Then they send an SMS saying they where unable to collect the debit order Which is a Lie,You never even attempted to debit the account. There was always enough funds in the Account The debicheck was correct I even changed my Debit order to a different bank to short It out. This is ***** and ********* What FNB has done They stopped the debit order deliberately to cancel my Life insurance and trying to shift the blame onto me. I can't believe how ********* and ********** this bank has been in this regard.This moring they send an sms saying my policy lapsed because of non payment.They never even attempted to collect the debit order from the Bank What you have done in this regard is ********** and ********* FNB Month of Premium down the drain.
