Hi there

On the 23rd of September 2022 a sum of R731 was deducted from an unknown sauce from my account , I immediately went to the Strand Branch in that very same to report the issue , and then was reported as a ***** and stopped my account immediately , I was told by the consultant that I will will wait for 7 working days to resolve the issue , it needs to be looked into it It is a month and a week later and I haven't of them Living is already difficult band I can't afford to throw away money , please help me to get my money back
