********** ACTIVITIES WITHIN FNB STAFFS

Okay so i have a business/company account with FNB with 4 directors currently affiliated to the account. This account was opened at Rivonia Branch Sandton. I personally went to the bank with one of my company director to open this account and we submitted all necessary documents in person. After a couple of days, the account was active and we began trading. We traded quite an amount on that account and because of this, we decided to have an enterprise platform subscribed for. This platform enables 2 directors to release funds.

Fast forward to this month (October) which is 3 months from when the account has been opened, i tried to login using my online banking platform to release payments to suppliers i work with and only noticed that "a request has been made to delete this user" that was the error prompt i received while trying to login. I thought it was some joke because i have paid a supplier the previous month an amount close to R120k , so why would my profile be deleted in the first place and i wondered who put that request through.

So i called the other director who is a signatory to the account to try login and she also experienced the same problem i was currently experiencing. Then this became a serious issue. She then decided to call the Portfolio Manager in charge of our account and he didnt pickup. He didnt even call back when he say her missed call. She then called the Bank to seek for assistance since our account manager not answering his phone. The lady who answered on behalf of FNB said she couldnt help us as its only the account manager that can. Then this beats me to ask, what if something bad happened to this so called account manager, must the world end or stop working because he's not available or what? It was then i began to suspect something fishy going on at that Bank.

So one of the director decided to call the Portfolio Manager again after 4hrs or thereabout, then he answered. Now he said the profile was deleted because of some "Know your client" document which he sent to one of the director. the document basically is a page document with just a name, residential address, and email to fill in and attach a copy of ID. Now, this information requested was submitted in person 3 months before now in person to the bank. So it beats me how the bank will decide to delete online profiles of signatories to the account without consulting any of the signatories of that account. This only tells me something shady is going on and someone is fiddling with that account. They see there is alot of money in there with less activity and they feel they can come up with stupid excuses.

I really also don't wanna go on talking about the call i received from FNB regarding this and how the stories they give dont match up!

They spin your money for their selfish gain!!

THERE ARE REALLY ********** WORKING IN FNB DRESSED IN BANK WEARS> !!! This bank is a joke!! They said they gonna call and no one is !!
