********** activities on my fnb account

I have a funeral policy with fnb which im considering to cancel because there has been an unexplained activity on my acc.My premium was deducted but i noticed a second debit from my acc also for a funeral policy which im not aware of,so i called fnblife for the past 2 days but no one is able to explain how did my account number end up on somebody's profile, my other debit order from another service provider did not get their money and as a result they had to cut my services now my life is being inconvinienced because fnb allows ********** activities in their customers accounts. Question is how do i trust the bank from here? The consultant that assisted me yesterday promised that i will get my money b4 the end of the day but i did not.Someone must explain to me how did i end up having to pay a funeral policy that belongs to someone i dont even know? how did they get to my persol banking details? What happened to debicheck?
