********** activities in my account

FNB has allowed ********** debit orders from Telkom since July 2020. I've stopped and disputed these debit orders since July 2020. But every month different debit order, and different amounts, secure chat advice's that I should go to the branch but still to date they cannot close nor control the ********** activities with my account.
