********** activities at high level

I have been De*****ed by this bank because I used to bank with them, now that my accounts are no longer active, as before. Whenever I receive money into this account they withdraw it internal and say "it was in and out transaction" the money was not paid to you.

I sold a property which was bonded with them, instead of paying a refund into my account they choose to pay it to their own person whom they are doing ***** with and say "we didn't know" despite giving them my account number.

I reported this matter to their ***** line, when ever I call they will start by transferring me to one department then the other when their tired of loughing at me because of their known ********** action they hangup their lines.

I regret the day I set foot in this bank FNB to open a student life start account. I wish I can alert one person or two nonetheless I think its necessary as they are good at closing the gap when they are done de*****ing their client.
