*****ulant transaction with Forrex - FNB - No assistance from FNB

I'm having a problem with FNB's Forrex division, specifically regarding the division that has to follow up on *****. My son and I have had separate transactions where ***** is involved, my son is at Nedbank. Neither of the two banks is doing anything to follow this up, we have to try to follow up on our own, and today FNB let me know that I should contact America myself and try to resolve the matter. The person who has to handle the case at FNB perceives our transactions as too small to really pay attention to. The division shames the other divisions of FNB
