*****ulant transaction using telephone banking

On 7 Aug 2015 Internal money transfer from one account to another was done and money e-wallet and airtime purchased from my cheque account via telephone banking. i made a case with SAP , contacted FNB customer service and was told FNB unable to refund total of R615 removed from my account.How did the ********* get hold of my pinn?
