After receiving a e-mail from FNB on the 18th November where they gave me a shopping voucher - I just had to click on the required field, which I did, it took me to my online banking, I received my OTP and entered it. nothing happened and I then logged out. <br> On the 19th November I received a call from FNB ***** Department informing me of a loan that was made on my account and that money was transferred after that out of my account. <br> After police reports and stating my case FNB rep**** that this was due to my online banking profile that was compromised through the use and access of my details. <br> FNB does not have any liability for any losses suffered by me as a result of this *****, and that I disclosed my online details to a third party by responding to a mail I received (which came from a FNB e-mail address) No communication regarding any ********** e-mails / phishing emails from FNB was send to anybody, they knew before me that somebody committed ***** on my account, 4 x ********** transactions and a debit order against my account from LTRACKER which cannot be explained, and yet I cannot get any money back, this is not a service provider I want to trust with my money.<br> <br>
