*********'s Native Bank
This bank will actually remove a co-signatory from a bank account without even advising the signatory of their action. In doing this bank has been complicit in ***** being perpetrated.

12 Jun 2020, 17:28I have received a meaningless reply with a reference number but I have tot been contacted otherwise. The hollow "We would like to apologize for any inconvenience caused. " means nothing. It is not an inconvenience to be de*****ed out of R100,000 by this *********'s Native Bank (FNB) removal of an account co-signatory without even advising the signatory of such action, only 2 days after being added!!!!!!!!!!!!!! This bank has been complicit in ***** being perpetrated when the account was emptied out on or about 26 March 2020, approximately 20 days after removing the co-signatory. This bank has the same total lack of integrity of the ********* that they have assisted!! "We would like to apologize for any inconvenience caused. " REALLY?????????????????????????????????????????????

23 Jun 2020, 19:33Still nothing but meaningless email from this absolutely pathetic, *********** and unprofessional organisation. Only meaningless emails stating the same over and over:
"Dear Valued Client,
Thank you for taking the time to express your concerns and please accept our apologies for any inconvenience caused.
Please provide us with a detailed description of your concerns to enable us to assist.
Kind Regards
FNB Business Banking'
Clearly there is nothing either "Dear" or "Valued Client" about this absolute drivel. If I was either a "Dear" or "Valued" client they would have picked the phone a LONG time ago instead if sending the same absolute garbage over and over
