After banking with fnb for almost 20 years I am closing all the accounts. Biggest ******* I have ever encountered. How can we help you? You don't! I have tried for 6 months to claim the insurance I have paid on my credit card and surprise the emails bounce every time. I have attempted to make a payment arrangement and surprise none that suits the 50% loss on my salary due to covid.
