********** allowed to take R299

Every time I have unauthorized debit orders coming off my account R89, R99 now its R299 from Retrieval Fintech. I contacted the number and the woman immediately asked me is it relating to a debit order and i should give her the reference # starting with 9. Why would someone immediately ask you that, because of ********** business.

FNB charges us for reversals of this debit order. This has been coming on for quite some time, that i have to reverse, dispute, stop debit orders... One would presume it is people within the bank giving our information to **********... you have to pay to actually have this debit order stopped & reversed. I have opened an account with Nedbank and will be moving my accounts over to them. I want a bank that is in control of what is happening and to protect their customers from these types of ********** activity. Banks are so quick to take their bank charges, but not so quick to assist when these things happen. I want a bank that will look after my money and to ensure that it is not taken by **********, this has happened to me on 8 different occassions while banking with FNB. You guys were so busy with an sms to ask if we are aware of a debit order... it only happened once, where i received an sms stating that a new debit order has been lodged against your account. If you did not authorize this.... and now, where was your sms now????????
