I'm so disappointed and confused. I had a loan with fnb the loan was for a period of 60 months I've been paying it over a year and decided to settle it. I even took a screen shoot after transferring the funds into the account, about a week later the balance of my app was no longer 0, on the debit date I was debited for this loan when I was not owing. I tried calling but had the call hung up in my ear. So decided to reverse it, yesterday that balance reflected that I'm owing.

How can I owe when I paid every cent and even took a screen shot it was 0,how am I debited for something I no longer owe.
