I am so sick and tired of getting strange amounts debited off my account. I have done the disputes on the app, but nothing ever happens. When you call the customer service number, its the stupid android that answers. Even the machine doesn't know what the hell is going on. I have disputed the following transactions R737.95 from ww.dateessential.co, then there was R17.96 from 1.00 Karmabudget.co and then R35.03 from 1.95 www.dateessent. I did not authorize any of these transactions, nor have I ever heard of these places. I am unemployed and I cannot afford to loose not even a cent. I NEED TO HAVE THIS INVESTIGTED AND SORTED OUT.

25 Aug 2021, 10:50So I get a response saying a formal complaint has been logged, no one can take the time to tell me that my bank cards have been blocked. Even my business banking card has been blocked. Next best thing you are going to charge me to have new cards issued.

30 Aug 2021, 19:40My card was blocked by the bank on the 25th by the bank, yet another R725.96 was deducted on the 27th by the same www.dateessen. I would have thought that the bank would have blocked all access to my account seeing as you have already blocked my card. No one is coming back to me with my complaint, instead, more issues are arising. Can I have this sorted out?
